Named for the Old World glockenspiel tower it sits directly beneath, the Glockenspiel Restaurant and Pub is set in the center of Mt. Angel, Oregon. The Mt. Angel Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with the Oregon Hazelnut Marketing Board and the Oregon Department of Agriculture is sponsoring the first annual Mt. Angel Hazelnut Festival on December 6 - 7, 2012 in Mt. Angel. The Hazelnut Fest includes a holiday Kristkindle Markt featuring regional arts and crafts, Oregon wineries and breweries and foods that feature Hazelnuts.
The Mt. Angel Chamber of Commerce presents the last blast of winter, Wurstfest. So dust off your Lederhosen, starch up your Bavarian Dirndl and join the happy folk of Mount Angel for a fun-filled weekend in FEBRUARY 15 - 16, 2013 for a celebration in honor of the Wurst. Children accompanied by an adult are admitted free.
